You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding express shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.

Exclusion of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded if:

  • the product has been opened,

  • used,

  • or cannot be resold for hygienic reasons.
