1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the LUNAWA online shop (getlunawa.com). The shop is operated by Maiwand Adel, Bahnhofstraße 44, 92637 Weiden in der Oberpfalz, Germany.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Germany. Delivery usually takes 3 business days from receipt of the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods. Further information can be found in our instructions on the right of withdrawal.
